1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and product images
  3. Our team will review and guide you further

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund method will depend on the original payment method (Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash for COD orders)

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by DeezCart
  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
