1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
- Items without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order number and product images
- Our team will review and guide you further
4. Refunds & Replacements
- If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund method will depend on the original payment method (Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash for COD orders)
5. Shipping Costs
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by DeezCart
- In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
